| Description | Healthcare institutions’ radiology image archiving information systems store data on radiological examinations performed for patients. Depending on the institution and the system used, temporal coverage and update frequency may differ, although most datasets are updated daily. The datasets include variables such as the patient’s pseudonymised personal code, examination study identifier and date, patient’s year of birth, sex, weight and height, examination series identifier, description and modality, examined body part, medical image identifier, radiation dose in decigray per square centimetre, exposure in arc‑seconds, and photometric interpretation.
