| Description | In the Radiology Image Archiving Information Systems used by personal healthcare institutions, data on radiological examinations performed for patients are stored. Depending on the institution and the information system used, time coverage and update frequency may differ, although most datasets are updated daily. The datasets include variables such as the patient's pseudonymised personal code, examination study identifier and date, patient’s year of birth, gender, weight and height, examination series identifier, description and modality, data on the examined body part, medical image identifier, radiation dose in decigrays per square centimetre, exposure in arc-seconds and photometric interpretation.
