Description Consumer debt records from the “Asmlis” and “Mokesta” systems, which administer service provision and payments for municipalities and their subordinate institutions. One row corresponds to one debt record. The dataset contains debt and contract identifiers, debt amount and an indicator showing whether late‑payment interest is not calculated, date of the debt record, bankruptcy date, payer code and type, personal code, legal entity code, indication of VAT‑payer status, contract start and end dates, consumer’s year of birth/death, sex, and coordinates and type of the service provision location. Depending on the municipality or institution, data coverage may differ, but the data are planned to be updated monthly.
