Description The data set contains aggregated data from the Lobbying Activities Data Management Information System of the Chief Official Ethics Commission (VTEK) on registered lobbyists, transparency declarations submitted by lobbyists, and declarations on experienced lobbying influence submitted by persons, by month. Data are provided from 2021. Lobbyists are considered to be natural or legal persons engaged in lobbying activities. As specified in the Law on Lobbying Activities of the Republic of Lithuania, when introducing themselves to a person they seek to influence, lobbyists must present the lobbyist certificate issued by VTEK, indicate the client of the lobbying activity, the beneficiary, the draft legal act being discussed, and within seven days submit a declaration on transparent law‑making processes. Persons who are subject to lobbying influence must also, within seven days, declare the influence experienced for each draft legal act. Data provider – Chief Official Ethics Commission.
