| Description | The dataset provides aggregated data from the Lobbying Activities Data Management Information System of the Chief Official Ethics Commission (VTEK) on registered lobbyists, transparency declarations submitted by lobbyists, and declarations submitted monthly by persons who have experienced lobbying influence. Data are provided from 2021. Lobbyists are natural or legal persons who carry out lobbying activities. As stipulated in the Law on Lobbying Activities of the Republic of Lithuania, when introducing themselves to a person they seek to influence, lobbyists must present the lobbyist certificate issued by VTEK, indicate the client of the lobbying activity, the beneficiary, the draft legal act under discussion, and within seven days submit a declaration for transparent law‑making processes. Persons who are subject to lobbying influence must also declare the influence they experienced for each draft legal act within seven days. Data provider – Chief Official Ethics Commission.
