| Description | The dataset from the Monitoring Information System (SIS) of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Lithuania contains documents, element hierarchy, financial and indicator data collected since 2011. State strategy document data: the table of state strategies and programmes contains the document code, title, document type, latest version number, process stage, period, institution and its code. Document element hierarchy: the table of state strategy and programme element hierarchy contains the document ID (referring to "State strategy document data"), element code, title, class, type, description (for indicators), start and end dates, periodicity, measurement units of the element, and the implementation scope (national, organizational or document owner level). State strategy indicator data: the indicator table contains the document and object ID (referring to "Document element hierarchy" and "State strategy document data"), the indicator period, as well as target and actual values (quantitative and qualitative). State strategy financial data: the financial table contains the document and object ID (referring to "Document element hierarchy" and "State strategy document data"), element start and end dates, value in euros, type of expenditure, funding source, type of funds, state function, and an indication of whether this is a plan, revised plan, need or actual.
