Description Customer debt records from the “Asmlis” and “Mokesta” systems for administering the provision and billing of services to municipalities and their subordinate institutions. One row corresponds to one debt record. The dataset includes debt and contract identifiers, debt amount and a flag indicating whether late‑payment interest is not calculated, date of the debt record, bankruptcy date, payer code, payer type, personal code, legal entity code, indication of whether the customer is a VAT payer, contract start and termination dates, customer year of birth/death, sex, and coordinates and type of the service provision location. Depending on the municipality or institution, data coverage may differ, but the data are planned to be updated monthly.
