| Description | The dataset of the Monitoring Information System (SIS) of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Lithuania contains data, collected since 2011, on documents, element hierarchy, financial data and indicators. State strategy document data The table on state strategy and programme documents contains: document code, title, document type, last version number, process stage, period, institution and its code. Document element hierarchy The table on the hierarchy of state strategy and programme elements contains: document ID (referring to “State strategy document data”), element code, name, class, type, description (for indicators), start and end dates, periodicity, units of measurement for the element, as well as the level at which the element is implemented (country, organisation or document owner). State strategy indicator data The table on state strategy and programme indicators contains: document and object IDs (referring to “Document element hierarchy” and “State strategy document data”), indicator period and target and actual values (quantitative and qualitative). State strategy financial data The table on state strategy and programme financial data contains: document and object IDs (referring to “Document element hierarchy” and “State strategy document data”), element start and end dates, value in euros, type of expenditure, source of funding, type of funds, state function, and an indication of whether it is a plan, revised plan, need or actual value.
