Description Meter reading records from the “Asmlis” and “Mokesta” systems, which administer service provision and payments for municipalities and their subordinate institutions. One row corresponds to one meter declaration record. The dataset consists of two tables containing meter readings and records of premises to which the meter is assigned. The tables include meter type, period of declaration, meter values from and to, premises area and volume, and approximate coordinates. Coordinates are noise‑added using a standard deviation of 50 metres. Depending on the municipality or institution, data coverage may differ, but the data are planned to be updated monthly. Data providers: UAB “Šiaulių šviesa”; UAB “Simno komunalininkas”; UAB “Šilutės šilumos tinklai”; AB “Šiaulių energija”.
