Description The dataset covers trips abroad by permanent residents of Lithuania: number of travellers, their trips, overnight stays and purposes of travel, main type of transport used and type of accommodation during the trip, and travel expenditure. Classifications used: Classification of World Countries and Territories. Statistical observation unit: residents aged over 15 years returning from abroad. Statistical population: trips made by residents returning from abroad. Trips by persons whose main purpose in the visited area is paid work are excluded. Geographical coverage: entire economic territory of the country. Time coverage: from 2005. Frequency: annual and quarterly.
