Description The dataset contains data on protocols for goods detained at customs posts of the Republic of Lithuania. When customs detain goods, a Goods Detention Protocol (PSP) is drawn up. This is a document recording the initial status, and its data are presented in this open dataset. A PSP is not drawn up if an administrative offence under the Code of Administrative Offences of the Republic of Lithuania is immediately established and an administrative offence protocol is completed, or if signs of a criminal offence are identified and a pre-trial investigation is initiated. These data must not be used for the compilation of official statistics. The dataset contains data collected from 2008 to the present, from customs posts on roads, railways, freight terminals, postal facilities, airports, seaports and mobile groups.
