Description The dataset contains debt records of users of the service administration and billing systems “Asmlis” and “Mokesta”, which serve municipalities and their subordinate institutions. One row corresponds to one debt record. The dataset includes identifiers of the debt record and contract, the amount of debt and a flag indicating whether late-payment interest is not calculated, the date of the debt record, date of bankruptcy, payer code and type, personal identification number, legal entity code, an indicator whether the user is a VAT payer, contract start and termination dates, the user’s year of birth/death, sex, coordinates of the service delivery location and their type. Depending on the municipality or institution, data coverage may differ, but the data are planned to be updated monthly.
