Description The dataset provides data related to the implementation of Ignalina Programme projects and grants administered by the Central Project Management Agency (CPVA). Data are taken from the project management information system APECS, used to automate the management and control system of Ignalina Programme processes. Processes are grouped into three categories – processes, sub-processes and micro-processes – which are presented in three separate tables. A “process” is the highest-level element; sub-processes belong to processes, and micro-processes belong to sub-processes. Tables are linked as follows: micro-processes to sub-processes via microprocesai.priklauso_subprocesui = subprocesai.id; sub-processes to processes via subprocesai.priklauso_procesui = procesai.id.
