Description Meter reading records from the “Asmlis” and “Mokesta” systems for administering the provision and billing of services to municipalities and their subordinate institutions. One row corresponds to one meter declaration record. The dataset consists of two tables containing meter reading records and records of premises to which the meter is assigned. The tables include meter type, the period for which the declaration was submitted, meter values from and to, area and volume of the premises, and approximate coordinates. Coordinates are “noised” using a 50‑metre standard deviation parameter. Depending on the municipality or institution, data coverage may differ, but the data are planned to be updated monthly. Data providers: UAB “Šiaulių šviesa”; UAB “Simno komunalininkas”; UAB “Šilutės šilumos tinklai”; AB “Šiaulių energija”. For questions related to the data, please contact atverimas@stat.gov.lt.
