Description Quarterly and annual numbers of accommodation service providers by administrative territory, type of accommodation and hotel category. Classifications used: Classification of Administrative Units and Populated Places of the Republic of Lithuania (LR AVGVK 2018). Definitions: Accommodation establishment – a local kind-of-activity unit providing paid short‑term accommodation services to tourists. Statistical population: legal entities providing accommodation services, regardless of their main economic activity, classified under the following NACE Rev. 2 Section I groups: 55.1 – hotels and similar accommodation, 55.2 – holiday and other short‑stay accommodation, 55.3 – camping grounds, recreational vehicle parks and trailer parks (hereinafter – NACE Rev. 2 Section I, groups 55.1, 55.2, 55.3). Also natural persons working under a business certificate (codes 010, 043 according to the Business Certificates Classifier) and/or an individual activity certificate and providing accommodation services (NACE Rev. 2 Section I, groups 55.1, 55.2, 55.3) to tourists.
