A non‑aggregated table (microdata) is provided. One row corresponds to one offender under one article and one part of one administrative offence. Article 45 parts: 1) violation; 2) violation committed repeatedly; 3) violation where the act created a risk of spreading dangerous or particularly dangerous communicable diseases; 4) violation where the acts creating a risk of spreading dangerous or particularly dangerous communicable diseases were committed during war, state of emergency, mobilisation, quarantine, restricted quarantine, as well as in an emergency situation or event if it poses a threat to human life or health. |
