| Description | Data from the Institute of Hygiene on patients who sought medical care for injuries and poisonings and were assigned inpatient or outpatient treatment. The dataset consists of two tables: * TraumaApsinuodijimasPacientai – each row contains information about a patient’s injury/poisoning, including the patient’s sex, year of birth, municipality of registered residence and type of settlement, as well as the main information related to the injury: start date of the treatment episode, type of treatment (if “inpatient”, also the inpatient care type) and ICD-10-AM codes describing the injury/poisoning diagnosis, circumstances, activity at the time and place of occurrence. * TraumaApsinuodijimasLigonines – each row represents an injury/poisoning case and the healthcare institution visited. It provides information on the healthcare institution (name and legal entity code), as well as information on the injury/poisoning: start and end timestamps of the treatment episode, ICD-10-AM code, type of treatment (if “inpatient”, also the inpatient care type).
