Description The dataset publishes two types of reports: on meals provided in pre-school and pre-primary education institutions in Vilnius City, and on food products used for catering. Data are provided from September 2014 to the present. The first report presents data on catering services provided in an educational institution by catering category on the reporting date. It specifies the reporting date, educational institution, type of catering and the number of persons who received meals. The second report publishes information on food products used for meal preparation. These data are submitted by institutions at irregular intervals, therefore one row identifies the situation on food products used since the previous report. It indicates the educational institution submitting the report, the declared product and the quantity used in food preparation. Data provider – Vilnius City Municipality Administration.
