Description The GIS information system of UAB "Šiaulių vandenys" contains a table with the locations of water supply, sewage and stormwater manhole covers and stormwater grates. To ensure confidentiality, the recorded coordinates have been modified by adding random noise generated from a normal distribution with a standard deviation of 50 metres. Using this parameter, a manhole is shifted on average by 62 metres in a random direction. Data coverage – Šiauliai City Municipality. Data provider – UAB "Šiaulių vandenys".
