| Description | The dataset provides data from the Lithuanian Hydrometeorological Service (LHMT) on phenological stages of flowering plants observed in Lithuania. One row corresponds to one phenological phase of a particular plant on a specific date. Each row contains the plant name, phenological phase, observation date, name and coordinates of the observation station and the date on which the data were entered into the LHMT information system. The combination of phase code and phase stage code yields the specific phase name, obtained from the phase classifier.
